(IT51) (INCYBER) Digital sovereignty: mastering infrastructures to master future

Against a backdrop of rising tensions and deglobalization, France (and to a lesser extent, Europe) is rediscovering the importance of sovereignty in a wide range of areas, particularly in the digital sphere. The significance of digital technology is now well established, especially since it has become one of the pillars of the global economy. However, it is also a powerful vehicle for influence, power, and data collection. Building digital sovereignty therefore also requires mastery and innovation in digital infrastructure and its deployment in France and Europe.
