C05- Towards a cyber-resilient Quebec

The presentation of the Ministère de la Cybersécurité et du Numérique (MCN) focuses on the elements that led to the creation of the ministry in 2022 and its mission towards the Quebec population, its services, and a look towards the future. The Ministry's mission is to enhance security practices to protect the State against cyber-attacks and data theft, propose major orientations and coordinate the State's actions in the fields of cybersecurity and digital technology.
