POINT DE CONTACT

Point de Contact is an organization dedicated to combating cyberviolence and protecting rights online. In particular, it enables victims and witnesses to report harmful content or behavior to the organization, works closely with authorities and digital platforms to have such content removed, and was designated a “trusted flagger” under the Digital Services Act (DSA) by Arcom in March 2025. As the French hotline for the INHOPE network, it contributes significantly to the fight against online child sexual abuse. The organization also conducts training, awareness-raising, and advocacy initiatives targeting young people, professionals, businesses, and public authorities.
