L'AWEX, the Walloon Export and Foreign Investment Agency, is responsible for the development and management of Wallonia's international economic relations. AWEX has a dual general mission:

1. The promotion of Walloon exports, acting as a comprehensive support partner for Walloon exporters.
2. The attraction of foreign investments in Wallonia, acting as a one-stop shop for potential investors.
