(S01) (RESILIENCE) Microsoft - Law, Security, and Trust: Global Response to Government Data Requests

Quinn Harrington is Senior Corporate Counsel in Microsoft's global Law Enforcement and National Security (LENS) policy and compliance team. Prior to joining Microsoft, Quinn Harrington worked as a federal prosecutor in the United States Department of Justice for 14 years where he focused on Cyber Crimes and National Security matters.

During this session, M. Harrington will discuss the work of Microsoft's global Law Enforcement and National Security (LENS) policy team, responsible for responding to government demands for customer data from around the world. Quinn will share how Microsoft follows local laws and protects the data of customers to ensure digital sovereignty through transparency, accountability, and customer commitments.
