A few years ago, we spoke about the effectiveness of SOC. Even then, we assessed the effectiveness of this cyber surveillance and presented areas of improvement and reflection to increase efficiency. And as any hypothesis needs to be validated, we offer you feedback based on our research results to verify together if these areas of improvement were the most relevant to measure the effectiveness of these detection and response services.
