Information
Looking at the Global Cybersecurity Index (GCI), which is based on a number of factors such as the legislative framework, infrastructure and development in the field, «small countries» make up the top 10, such as Estonia (3rd) and Lithuania (6th). France takes an honourable 9th place. At a time when cybersecurity personnel are sorely lacking and cyberattacks on public administrations make the headlines every week, perhaps we should look to the Baltic countries and Central Europe-Romania and Slovakia each have their own cyberchampions-to fill a gap, or simply to get advice? What could these countries, with their own history and expertise, offer us?
